Autumn is a second spring when every leaf is a flower.

Anything Goes this week at the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge blog, so I took this opportunity to create a miniature leaf installation. I love walking outside in the Autumn as the leaves swirl around in the wind. But I don't like the blisters that come with the arduous task of raking them out of the yard.
Watercolor paper was stamped and stenciled with distress inks and paints, and then formed into a box using the Martha Stewart scoreboard.
The board comes with instructions to create boxes and lids of all sizes. (Which will be handy for the upcoming holidays!) My faux leaves were die cut, inked, and then hung from the box top. The leaf variations were created with household plastic wrap. The bottom of the box is covered with inked tissue paper cut into shreds with my fringe scissors. Simple, but colorful!
Anything Goes this week, so be sure to upload your latest project to the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge and you could be our latest weekly winner of a $50 gift voucher to the Simon Says Stamp store. Your project could also be chosen as one of our weekly featured designs. Cool, huh?
Happy Stamping!
